Refund Policy

At Round Square Furniture, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unassembled

  • It is in the original packaging

  • All parts, hardware, and manuals are included

Items that have been assembled cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Assembled or partially assembled items

  • Custom-made furniture

  • Items damaged due to incorrect assembly

  • Clearance or sale items

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We will replace the parts or the product at no charge.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except for defective items.

5. Return Shipping

Return courier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item is defective

  • We sent the wrong item

We can assist in arranging the courier if needed.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Different colours

  • Different sizes

Price differences and delivery fees may apply.

Couriers do not bring items inside or upstairs—delivery is to the door only.
