We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

• Fraud is suspected

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.

We offer delivery across South Africa.

Delivery times:

• 2–5 business days for major cities

• 4–7 business days for outlying areas

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

• Someone is available to receive the order

6. Flat-Pack Assembly

All products are supplied flat-packed and require assembly unless stated otherwise.

Assembly includes:

• Pre-cut panels

• Hardware

• Tools (where applicable)

• Illustrated instructions

Incorrect assembly may affect the product’s performance and warranty.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

• Notify us within 7 days for a return

• Defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photos

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
